Having spent 10 of the past 12 years living abroad in modern cities as diverse as Tokyo, Moscow and Helsinki as well as considerable time in St Petersburg, Russia, The BIMCrowd director Tony Fitzpatrick has an innate appreciation of the role that high density housing plays in a functional city. He is now able to bring that vast lived experience to New Zealand and is working closely with a property development company bringing higher density housing to New Zealand that meets both the home owners needs of a comfortable, healthy, aesthetically pleasing home and the developers needs to be able to deliver it on budget.
We have helped design and deliver a number of multi residential townhouse developments to date across a broad demographic that have been received well by the market, in terms of aesthetic appeal, functionality and price. Our developer clients like the fact that our designs stand out in the market place and our documentation ensures a smoother, faster consenting process, with a continual reduction in the number of and cost of RFI's.
